Description
This training combines strategies for supporting mental health in remote work environments with the principles of young adult peer mentoring. Participants will explore tools for creating supportive workplaces, recognizing employee struggles, fostering social connections, and implementing core elements of peer mentoring to empower individuals in professional and personal growth.
