This seminar focuses on the importance of physical activity as outlined in the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, the connection between physical activity and improved health outcomes, and the disparities in activity levels across racial and ethnic groups. It also addresses how the COVID-19 pandemic impacted physical activity trends.
