This training provides insights into Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs), their significance, and related concepts such as protective factors, trauma-informed approaches, and resilience. "Let’s Talk About Prevention" is a free online learning series from the Monique Burr Foundation for Children. Focused on critical topics like child abuse, bullying, and exploitation, this series offers evidence-based and evidence-informed prevention education. Designed to foster open conversations and increase awareness, the program equips participants with practical tools to enhance children's safety, well-being, and overall health. Prevention is the key to keeping children safe, and education is where it starts.
Target Audience
This training is intended for community health workers (CHWs), educators, counselors, and other professionals working with children and families to better understand and address the impact of ACEs.
