Description
This training focuses on the critical elements of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). Participants will learn the importance of early CPR and defibrillation in the cardiac chain of survival and understand how to effectively and safely perform these life-saving interventions.
Target Audience
Individuals in workplaces, schools, or public settings who may need to respond to cardiac emergencies, including non-medical personnel.
Learning Outcomes
After completing this training, you will be able to:
- Perform high-quality CPR within 15 seconds of collapse to maximize survival chances.
- Understand the role and proper use of an AED in cardiac emergencies.
- Differentiate between situations requiring CPR and AED use.
- Recognize the importance of combining CPR with defibrillation for optimal survival outcomes.
