Description
This training focuses on the efforts of Mental Health America (MHA) of the Carolinas to address mental health disparities in Black and Brown communities. The session explores how economic barriers, lack of representation, and increased anxiety in children contribute to mental health challenges and highlights solutions like diversifying mental health professionals and providing free therapy.

Mental health professionals, educators, community leaders, and individuals interested in promoting mental health equity and supporting underserved communities.
