This training explores the challenges of anxiety and OCD in athletes, including how these disorders impact performance and personal well-being. Participants will learn about the difference between excellence and perfectionism, strategies to support athletes, and the benefits of ERP therapy as an evidence-based treatment for OCD. The program also emphasizes the role of coaches and parents in creating a stigma-free environment to encourage mental health support in sports.
