This training provides community health workers (CHWs) with effective methods to enhance their facilitation skills, engage adult learners, and encourage women to participate in breast and cervical cancer screening. It focuses on strategies such as group participation, active listening, open-ended questioning, and cultural sensitivity. The training also covers the Stages of Change model to tailor health messages based on individual readiness.
