Description

The "CHW Training Fundamentals" module provides foundational knowledge for Community Health Workers (CHWs) on addressing systemic issues impacting vulnerable populations. The module examines challenges within the child welfare system, risks for youth aging out of foster care, and the need for a developmental approach to adolescent care.

Target Audience

Community Health Workers, social workers, educators, and other professionals working with youth in foster care or addressing systemic barriers to health and well-being.

Learning Outcomes

After completing this training, you will be able to:
