This session focuses on the Culture of Health Program, a collaborative initiative by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the National Academy of Medicine to advance health equity in the U.S. by addressing systemic inequities and promoting community-driven change. Through lessons learned, inspiring personal stories, and actionable strategies, the discussion emphasizes empowering communities, cross-sector collaboration, and addressing social determinants of health such as education, housing, and access to healthcare.
