Description
This training focuses on the Comprehensive Geriatric Assessment (CGA), an interprofessional diagnostic and treatment process aimed at improving health outcomes for older adults. The CGA evaluates physical, cognitive, and functional health, as well as social and environmental factors, to create personalized care plans. It also emphasizes the "4Ms" framework: Mentation, Medication, Mobility, and What Matters.
Target Audience
Healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, social workers, and allied health providers, involved in the care of older adults and those interested in geriatrics.
