Description

This webinar explores Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a treatment approach for depression and anxiety. Participants will learn about key ACT concepts, including mindfulness, acceptance, values-based living, self-compassion, meaningful engagement, and psychological flexibility and inflexibility. The training is offered in partnership with the Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA), a non-profit organization dedicated to education, training, and research on anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, OCD, and co-occurring disorders, and which provides free evidence-based mental health information and resources to the public.
