This training focuses on the role of Community Health Workers (CHWs) in adolescent and early childhood intervention and mentorship. It highlights strategies for addressing the school-to-prison pipeline, supporting mental health needs, and providing mentorship to at-risk youth. The training also explores how CHWs can serve as role models, help youth navigate support systems, and use trauma-informed approaches to guide positive decision-making.
