Description
This training explores the mental health impact of mass violence incidents (MVIs) on First Responders. It examines cumulative trauma, emotional challenges, and the need for improved preparedness and support systems. Strategies for interagency collaboration, training, and post-event resiliency are discussed.

First Responders, emergency personnel, law enforcement, victim advocates, healthcare professionals, and crisis response teams.
