Description
This training emphasizes the critical importance of ensuring health worker safety to achieve patient safety. Based on WHO’s Health Worker Safety Charter, participants will learn actionable strategies to protect health workers from physical, biological, and psychological hazards, as well as violence. The training also addresses systemic improvements, such as integrating health worker safety with patient safety policies.
