This training explores the lessons learned from CHW training and apprenticeship programs across the U.S. It covers best practices in CHW recruitment, retention, apprenticeship development, financial support, and employer engagement. The session also highlights challenges and solutions in establishing sustainable CHW career pathways, employer partnerships, and policy advocacy.
