This training module provides an overview of younger-onset Alzheimer’s disease, how it differs from typical Alzheimer’s, and the challenges faced by those diagnosed under the age of 65. It also explores the role of Community Health Workers (CHWs) in supporting individuals with younger-onset Alzheimer’s and their caregivers through person-centered strategies.
