Description

This session focused on mental health and self-care for Community Health Workers (CHWs), providing a platform for CHW leaders, Promotoras, and other facilitators to discuss strategies for maintaining wellness. Breakout groups explored various themes such as journaling, spirituality, physical activity, and setting boundaries, with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment for both professionals and the communities they serve.
