This training explores Muslim perceptions on mental health, focusing on the impact of cultural frameworks such as honor/shame and dignity/guilt models on mental health care. It highlights barriers to accessing mental health services, the role of cultural sensitivity in therapeutic settings, and strategies for integrating cultural values into mental health treatment to better support Muslim patients.
