Description
The PAL² training program provides an in-depth overview of strategies and methods for community health workers to improve health outcomes for Black adults with hypertension. The training focuses on delivering evidence-based interventions through Telehealth, addressing social determinants of health, and utilizing motivational interviewing techniques.

Community health workers participating in the PAL² program.
