Description
This training provides an overview of the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, including their development, recommendations, and implementation strategies. Participants will learn about the health benefits of physical activity, how public health agencies can integrate the guidelines into their programs, and the role of state and local initiatives in promoting active lifestyles.
