This training highlights the findings of Project AsPIRE, a community health worker (CHW)-led intervention that significantly improved blood pressure control and related behaviors among Filipino Americans with hypertension. By focusing on culturally tailored education and support, the intervention successfully addressed disparities in hypertension management in minority communities.
