Description
This training introduces the Stress First Aid (SFA) model, a peer support and self-care approach designed to address occupational stress injuries in healthcare and other high-stress environments. Participants will learn the Stress Continuum Model and the seven essential actions of SFA, which aim to enhance resilience, mitigate stress injuries, and foster team-based recovery.
