The CHW Mentorship and Professional Development Program is a six-week program designed to equip community health workers (CHWs) and public health professionals with the tools, skills, and confidence needed to advance their careers. The program includes tailored mentorship, networking opportunities, resume and cover letter revisions, mock interviews, and guidance on building professional profiles and career plans.
