Description
This training provides an in-depth overview of the Six Pillars of Community Health Work, developed by the National Association of Community Health Workers (NACHW). Participants will learn about the historical and current role of CHWs, the unique challenges they face, and how the Six Pillars framework supports their professional identity, workforce development, and policy advocacy.
