Description

This training explores the Indian Health Service's (IHS) Urban Indian Health Program, which serves the unique health needs of American Indians and Alaska Natives (AI/AN) living in urban areas. Participants will learn about the health disparities faced by urban AI/AN populations, the role of Title V programs, and strategies for enhancing care through policies like the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
